We are delighted to announce that Tim Brennan, our Infrastructure Engineer, has been awarded Associate status as an AWS Certified Solutions Professional. Tim has worked as a member of our Technical team for 8 years and his recent achievement certifies his expertise and capabilities to develop secure and robust cloud-based applications.
The Associate exam challenges individuals that have pre-existing experience in designing distributed applications and systems. The following concepts are covered by the exam:

The highly regarded Associate accreditation demonstrates Tim’s knowledge to perform a solution based architecture role.

Tim will be looking to progress to being an AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate to validate his technical expertise in deployment, management, and operations on the AWS platform.
And it’s not just Tim. Other members of our technical team are also working towards AWS certifications in the Architect stream and Security specialty areas. With a number of hosted systems already being implemented for our clients, the technical team will be undertaking a large re-architecting of our hosting environment which will involve a large-scale migration to AWS services.
