This year we celebrated Valentine’s Day with Rank Your Domain’s second 'Two, Four, Six, Eight, Who Do We Appreciate?’ It was a great way of bringing a little more positive energy - and now we are back in the office to see each other in person, it was great to see a smile or two and share our appreciation across the team!
Participants wrote anonymous messages containing the names of the staff members they appreciate and why. The messages were then grouped and sent anonymously to the recipients on the 14th of February. Our inboxes were full of messages with reasons of why we are valued and appreciated in the company, which may have resulted in some blushing and smiling!

"I was so surprised to see the messages in my inbox on Valentine's Day and I did tear up a little bit at the lovely comments from my colleagues! I think I have an idea on who sent a few of them, but some are very difficult to decipher! It's such a nice event, I can't wait until 2, 4, 6, 8 2023!"
"I'm always delighted to receive pleasant words of gratitude from my colleagues since it ignites and gives excitement throughout the days and knowing that I've influenced the lives and friendships of people here at the company.
