Chad joined the development team as a junior software developer in 2021 after achieving a first-Class Honours Degree in Computer & Software Development.
Chad works on projects for both Rank Your Domain and The Software for Health Foundation. His main role consists of developing and maintaining software and ensuring the quality of our code is kept to a high standard.
Chad has a positive mind-set and a great work ethic. His passion lies in problem-solving. He loves taking a large problem and breaking it down into smaller parts to arrive at a solution and put the parts back together.
What are your favourite things about Rank Your Domain?
I love how everyone is always friendly and happy to help, it’s a pleasure to work with everyone in the team. There is such a wide range of knowledge within the company, which makes it easy to find someone who is able to help.
What does your Rank Your Domain role involve?
My role involves developing mobile, desktop and web applications using lots of different tools. Communication is a key part of my role as it is vital to ensure all the requirements are met, therefore talking to and understand our customers is so important.
What would your dream project be?
My dream project would be to work on a mobile app which would really revolutionise how people communicate with their phones. Anything innovative is exciting to me!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy going for walks in the morning or reading in my spare time. I also have an interest in Cryptocurrencies and spend a good amount of time researching that.
