Sam joined Rank Your Domain with 15 years of working experience in the IT industry, during which time he worked in both the private and public health sectors. He started his career as first-line support at a telecoms company and then branched out into Home IT entertainment hardware, moving onto an IT Support management role.
Sam takes care of designing, testing and maintaining our clients’ computer systems. He troubleshoots technical issues and carries out WAN / LANs and software support for our onsite team.
Sam has excellent communication skills and keeps up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.

What does your Rank Your Domain role involve?
My role as an IT support engineer involves troubleshooting technical issues and carrying out WAN / LANs and software support for our onsite team. I provide Windows support (with some Apple exposure), covering both desktop and mobile devices.
What would your dream project be?
Implementing a cloud\hybrid infrastructure.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy playing sports, gaming, watching films and spending time with my family.
