Matt joined the Rank Your Domain digital team in 2021 as a digital marketing executive. He specialises in SEO and PPC having previously worked at an ecommerce company working primarily on email marketing, PPC and marketplace management.
Matt manages SEO and PPC projects for a variety of our clients working closely with them to understand their needs and creates tailored strategies to fit their goals.
Matt is a proactive worker who never shies away from a challenge. He very much enjoys learning new skills within digital marketing as well as polishing up old ones.
What are your favourite things about Rank Your Domain?
I really enjoy the company culture here at Rank Your Domain, everyone is very friendly and open to questions and advice. It’s also great to be able to work with such a wide range of clients, it keeps everyday fresh and interesting whilst also opening your eyes to unique industries.
What does your Rank Your Domain role involve?
My SEO work involves helping clients implement technical and on-page SEO techniques to their website in order to get them ranking higher for relevant search terms. I also work with PPC clients, most commonly on Google Ads. This involves optimising all aspects of their account to improve their ad spend efficiency and help them get a better return on their investment.
What would your dream project be?
My dream project would be to run a marketing campaign in the Esports industry. It’s something that really interests me and it has grown exponentially over the past decade, providing more and more opportunities for work.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
In my free time I enjoy watching sports, mainly football and F1. I’m also very interested in music and enjoy a good gig from time to time.
