Olivia joined the team in March 2022 as a Digital Marketing Executive. Her focus is on client projects and account management and she works closely with all services in the department.
Olivia's main responsibility is to plan, support execution and completion of an array of projects. She also works in presales, sitting meetings with prospective clients and guiding them through the discovery process and eventually managing their accounts when they come on board.
Olivia has a background in sales, which made the transition into her role at Rank Your Domain much easier. Her knowledge of client communications has helped her to integrate into her role quickly and pick up accounts across the department.
What are your favourite things about Rank Your Domain?
I love the culture here. For such a large business the feeling of community is so strong. I work alongside a wonderful team and no request is too big because everyone is just so happy to help. There is a huge amount of support, not just within my team but across the business as a whole.
What does your Rank Your Domain role involve?
I am a Digital Marketing Executive, but I focus more on project and account management. I usually work with clients as their main point of contact if they have a holistic contract because we provide them with multiple services and I can help to streamline any communication.
What would your dream project be?
Organisation is the main part of my role and I love a challenge so I guess my dream project would be something with a lot of moving parts across different areas within the business.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work I really enjoy going to dance classes during the week. I also love spending time going on walks and hikes with my partner.
